1. Acceptance
By downloading or using YHO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The App is designed for use by children under parental or guardian supervision.
3. Purchase
YHO is a one-time purchase of $4.99 USD. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewing fees, and no in-app purchases. Payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. YHO does not collect, store, or process any payment information.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard App Store refund policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or copy the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Attempt to circumvent purchase restrictions
- Share your account credentials
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in YHO is owned by Your Help OS LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
YHO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Help OS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
